Autonomous Survey
SEA360’s Autonomous Survey Division combines advanced technology with precision and sustainability.
Our AUV fleet delivers high-resolution data even in challenging conditions up to a 1000m depth! These quickly deployable solutions ensure efficient, reliable, and eco-friendly operations, accelerating decision-making while drastically minimizing project timelines.
Reduced Operational Costs
Smaller vessels, lower fuel consumption, reduced weather downtime, and faster coverage streamline and economize offshore operations.
Lower Carbon Emissions
Using smaller vessels for AUV deployment minimizes carbon emissions, while our lithium-ion-powered electric vehicles maximize efficiency in offshore survey operations.
Enhanced Data Quality
Our AUVs maintain a consistent low-altitude operation above the seafloor, avoiding surface disruptions to capture high-resolution data and deliver the critical insights you require.
Reduced HSEQ
AUVs significantly reduce HSE risks in offshore conditions by minimizing the need for personnel in hazardous environments and enhancing operational safety.
300m Depth Capability
The COMET-300, part of SEA360’s advanced fleet of AUVs, is designed for precision operations at depths of up to 300 meters.
Equipped with a Klein sidescan sonar, high-resolution camera, and a towed magnetometer providing magnetometric measurements with minimal noise (< 1 nT); the COMET-300 delivers accurate, reliable data close to the seafloor, making it ideal for subsea inspections, mapping, and environmental surveys.
Its positioning is powered by the Exail C3 Inertial Central FOG, ensuring precise navigation and dependable performance even in challenging underwater conditions.
The COMET-300 manufactured by RTSYS combines cutting-edge technology and robustness with SEA360’s commitment to delivering high-quality data for critical offshore operations.
1000m Depth Capability
The Gavia, part of SEA360’s cutting-edge fleet and manufactured by Teledyne-Gavia, offers a versatile and portable solution for deepwater surveys, capable of reaching depths of up to 1,000 meters—areas beyond the reach of most conventional systems.
Its efficient design enables deployment from smaller vessels, reducing logistical requirements and operational costs compared to larger and heavier vehicles.
Its modular design allows sensors and modules to be easily swapped or added, ensuring the system can be tailored to meet specific Client needs and project requirements.
SEA360’s Gavia is equipped to allow bathymetric, side scan sonar, magnetometric or SBP reliable and high resolution data acquisition.
Precision positioning is ensured by the advanced Exail C3 Inertial Navigation System (INS) and an USBL acoustic transducer, offering reliable navigation and accurate results.
